Healthy Eating

It is never too late to start eating healthy.  With so many people posting delicious photos on so many social media platforms, who wouldn't want to jump on the band wagon to a healthier you...?!




Who doesn't love Quinoa?  You can incorporate so many different types of ingredients with Quinoa.  This time around I have added the following ingredients:

~ 1 can Black beans
~ 1 can Hominy
~ 1 small cucumber
~ 2 Roma tomatoes
~ 2 small gloves of garlic
~ Cilantro (chopped)
~ Jalapeno (if you like it hot)

The dressing :
~ Olive oil
~ Fresh Lime Juice
~ Dash of roasted Cummin
~ Dash of Corriander
